Accessibility
Buying or selling a home should not depend on how you use the web. This site is built to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA and Ontario's AODA information and communications standard.
What Is In Place
- · Semantic landmarks, one
h1per page and a logical heading order. - · A skip link to the main content on every page.
- · Full keyboard operation, with a visible gold focus ring on every interactive element.
- · While the intro overlay or the mobile menu is open, the content behind it is made inert, so keyboard focus cannot wander somewhere invisible.
- · Body text and interface colours are checked to at least 4.5:1 contrast, and control borders and large text to at least 3:1.
- · Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- · Labels on every form field, inline error messages, and status updates announced politely.
- · All motion honours
prefers-reduced-motion, and the home page carries a Pause control for the scrolling credential strip and any background video. - · Layout reflows to 320 px width and supports 200% zoom without loss of content.
- · Touch targets sized to at least 44 × 44 px.
- · Controls that cannot work without JavaScript — listing filters, the calculator button — are hidden rather than presented as dead buttons, with a note explaining what to do instead.
Known Limitations
The embedded Google Map is a third-party component; its internal controls are outside our control. The office address, service area and directions are always available in text next to it. Any listing data supplied by a third-party MLS® feed may include alternative text we do not author — tell us and we will fix or caption it.
